Continue taking Arnica Montana (1 tab) twice a day for 7 days (in kit).  This will help with healing, swelling, and give some pain relief.

Use Arnica Montana cream on treated area twice a day (in kit) for a week.  This will cool and help with healing the skin.

Use the growth serum (in kit) twice a day after applying the arnica cream.  This will help heal the skin.

Use the gel pack or ice on treated areas 2-3 times a day for 2 to 3 days.  This will help with swelling and any soreness.

Cleanse treated area with gentle cleanser (in kit) and no scrubbing for at least for 7 days.

Use moisturizer with broad spectrum SPF everyday.  Stay out of direct sun for at least 2 weeks.

No swimming for at least a week.

Only use mineral makeup…powder or sheer tint included in your kit for first 3 days.  Then you can use normal makeup to cover up any dots and/or redness left.  It will take time for everything to go away and heal…everyone’s body heals differently.

You will see the after effects of the treatment continue to improve over the next 8 weeks and the best improvement will be after at least 3 treatments.

Following this aftercare regimen will help give the best results and heal the skin properly.  Patience in this treatment is required.  This isn’t an instant treatment, although you might see some difference after first treatment, the most will be seen as time goes on, and if you take care of your skin this treatment will last 2-4 years.
